[:id]Penutupan warehouse alamat 3 & perubahan format penulisan alamat[:en]Closing warehouse address 3 and warehouse address format change[:]

[:id]Mulai April 2019, warehouse Korea alamat 3 hanya dapat mengirimkan paket menggunakan metode pengiriman EMS dan ada biaya tambahan jika penyimpanan paket lebih dari 1 bulan. Oleh karena itu, kami memutuskan untuk tidak menggunakan warehouse alamat 3 lagi dan kini warehouse yang kami gunakan hanya warehouse alamat 2 (di Daejeon). Metode pengiriman dan aturan di alamat 2 masih sama dan dapat dilihat di halaman mengenai pengiriman.

Terkadang nama penerima paket yang kami terima disensor oleh kurir dan terkadang nama penerima yang dicantumkan di bagian belakang alamat dihapus/ tidak dicantumkan oleh penjual. Oleh karena itu, untuk mempermudah identifikasi paket, kami memutuskan untuk menambahkan customer ID di belakang alamat warehouse Korea. Alamat warehouse Korea masih sama, hanya ada perbedaan format.

Format baru: ….alamat…. K****

Keterangan : K**** adalah customer ID (dapat dilihat di halaman my account/ akun saya. Jika belum punya akun di website kami, mohon register/ buat akun dahulu)

Akan tetapi, customer tetap dianjurkan untuk memasukkan data paketnya (nomor resi paket, dll) ke formulir jasa penyimpanan & pengiriman, karena terkadang penjual salah mencantumkan nama/ alamat, nama dan alamat disensor oleh pihak kurir, atau kertas resi tiba dalam keadaan rusak sehingga kami tidak dapat mengindentifikasi pemilik paket.[:en]Starting from April 2019, warehouse Korea address 3 can only send packages using the EMS shipping method and there is an additional fee if the package is stored for more than 1 month. Therefore, we decided not to use warehouse 3 addresses anymore and now the warehouse we use is only warehouse address 2 (in Daejeon).

Sometimes the name of the recipient of the package we receive is censored by the courier and sometimes the recipient’s name listed on the back of the address is deleted / not listed by the seller. Therefore, to facilitate identification of packages, we decided to add customer ID after the Korean warehouse address. The Korean warehouse address is still the same, the change is only in its format.
Previous address format : …. address … recipient’s name/ your name
New format : …. address …. 개인 사서함 K****

Note: K **** is the customer ID (can be seen on my account page. If you don’t have an account on our website, please register / create an account first)

However, the customer is still encouraged to enter the package data (package tracking number, etc.) to  storage & shipping services form, because sometimes the seller incorrectly lists the name / address, name and address censored by the courier, or receipt paper arrives in a damaged condition so we cannot identify the package owner.[:]
